Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery is typically 3 to 7 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at reagan@theluckyleopard.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your package or an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at reagan@theluckyleopard.com with your order number and photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with members of your household, neighbors, and the shipping carrier. You may also contact us for assistance.
